title : Resolutions.
We make good decisions and bad decision as we're people and I think it's part of our life. I have already made several mistakes and so called bad decisions but I regret only a few of them. New year is coming and I make new year's resolutions every year but I couldn't keep them. Now I would like to change my life so I'll make some again and concentrate on them. Each of them is very important so I just can't afford myself to forget about them again and again. For me, they won't be the easiest ones but I'll really try to keep them. So here are they: 1. I'll try to quit smoking. I have already tried and I failed but now i'll give it another shot, what have I got to lose. nothing. I'm gonna work on it very hard and I know that it won't be easy because I've been smoking since I was 16. One of the reasons is that it costs too much and now I have to save money. On the other hand, it's quite unhealthy. 2. Lose weight. It's also very important for me. I will soon make a lot more meal plans for weight loss and start running. I hope it will help because I'm tired of being the obese, ugly girl. And actually my weight is the only thing on my mind. I put on some during the summer holiday and now it's getting colder but I won't give up on this resolution. 3. Enjoy life more and make my dreams come true. I have already started this one as I'm spending my summer in the US. I'll also try to enjoy my life more including smiling more and never let people get me down. 4. Studying more and harder. It may sound silly but I know that it'll be as hard as quit smoking. I have never been the best in my class during the secondary school years and it hasn't changed since I'm attending to university. I'm a bit lazy and studying is just not my favorite free-time activity but I don't want to waste another year from my life so dramatic changes are needed. So they are my New Year's resolutions in a nut shell. |
